Coach "C" is in his 37th year of coaching and his first year with Pioneers of Crowley's Ridge College, where he is set to lead the Women's Basketball program. Last year, he led the Lady Bearcats of Brescia University to their second consecutive winning season since 2015-16. The team finished with a 24-8 record, became the River States Conference (RSC) West Division Champions with a 13-3 conference record, and advanced to the RSC Conference Championship game. Their tournament victory over Shawnee State qualified the program for its first NAIA National tournament bid in the last 18 years. Coach Chaykowsky, a graduate of the University of Tampa, holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education. While playing college basketball there, he also served as an assistant coach. He also earned a Master's degree in Mathematics Education from Nova Southeastern University. His family owns CF Real Estate, LLC in Henderson, Kentucky. He has been married to Trecy Chaykowsky for 33 years. They have two children, Zack (30), who is married to Madi, and Cayce (26), who is married to Zachary Hess. They also have two grandchildren, McKenna (4) and Cole (1), the children of Zack and Madi.
