St. Louis, MO- Despite a second-half surge from the Pioneers in this afternoon's American Midwest Confercne matchup, a sluggish opening two quarters would doom CRC against the Hornets of Harris-Stowe State University. Positively, for the second contest in a row, Crowley's Ridge showed improvement offensively, taking care of the basketball by posting a new season low turnover effort after just setting their previous low last contest against Central Baptist  College. Brailey Houseman led the offense with 12 points in the contest.
