Crowley’s Ridge’s Wells grabs CAC Softball Pitcher of the Week Award

PARAGOULD, Ark. – Crowley's Ridge junior Halea Wells has received the Continental Athletic Conference's Softball Pitcher of the Week award.

Wells takes the Pitcher of the Week award for her 10-strikeout performance in a complete-game victory against NCAA Division II LeMoyne-Owen (Tenn.) College. The Lufkin, Texas native allowed just two hits in the 8-0 six-inning victory.

Crowley's Ridge has a 4-2 record so far this season and has won both of its home games.
