Pioneers Win on Homecoming

PARAGOULD, AR - Freshman Braeden Williams led the Pioneers of Crowley's Ridge College with 24 points, seven rebounds, and five assist, as CRC took a 84-71 win over Ecclesia College on Homecoming Day.
CRC trailed 9-0 to start the game and by as much as 10 in the first half before coming back to take a 41-36 led at the half. The Pioneers extended their lead to as much as 16 points with 2:12 to play in the game. There were five lead changes and the score was tied six times on the afternoon.
Randy Stanley added 20 points and eight rebounds in the win for the Pioneers. Fred Moore scored 14 points and pulled down 10 rebounds for the double double on the afternoon.
