Bobby Wright grabs CAC Baseball Hitter of the Week

PARAGOULD, Ark. – Crowley's Ridge College senior Bobby Wright earned the Continental Athletic Conference baseball Player of the Week awards after having another strong week at the plate.

The Hitter of the Week had a .429 batting average after collecting six hits to extend his hitting streak to four straight games.

The utility player from Sikeston, Missouri, drove in a pair of runs in a 9-2 win at Ecclesia (Ark.) College last Wednesday. He had two hits in the first two games of the four-game series.

Wright has scored 15 runs and collected 17 hits on the season for the Pioneers.
