Crowley's Ridge College Volleyball Welcomes Saraya Reddick as Assistant Coach- Wil Tegaue, Sports Information Director, 6/5/26

PARAGOULD, Ark. — Crowley's Ridge College Head Volleyball Coach Carol Brotman has announced the addition of Saraya Reddick as the new assistant coach for the Pioneers Volleyball program. Reddick will officially join the coaching staff in July and brings a strong playing background, valuable coaching experience, and deep ties to Northeast Arkansas.

A graduate of Jonesboro High School, Reddick enjoyed an outstanding prep career that included helping lead the Hurricanes to a State Championship and a State Runner-Up finish. During her junior season, she ranked sixth in the state in aces, and as a senior, she earned Tournament MVP honors at the Branson Camp.

Following high school, Reddick continued her volleyball career at MidAmerica Nazarene University in Kansas City, where she played outside hitter. During her collegiate career, she led her team in kills and serve receive percentage while ranking second in digs. She also helped guide MidAmerica Nazarene to the Final Site Tournament, marking the first appearance in program history.

Reddick later transferred to Southern Arkansas University, where she completed her degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship.

In addition to her playing accomplishments, Reddick brings five years of coaching experience to the Pioneer program. She has coached multiple travel and club volleyball teams while also providing private instruction to athletes throughout the region. 

"I am super excited to have her on board," said Coach Brotman. "Her experience and knowledge of the game are going to be a great help in getting us to that next level!"

Reddick and her husband, EJ, have been married for one year and are proud dog parents to Trav and Boone. Away from the court, she enjoys arts and crafts, cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, attending live music events, and traveling.

"I am so excited about joining the CRC team and can't wait to see what the future holds," said Reddick. "Volleyball has been a huge part of my life since third grade, and I am grateful for the opportunity to help develop the next generation of student-athletes at Crowley's Ridge College."
