Pioneer Volleyball Inks Jade Guidry

Pioneer Volleyball Inks Jade Guidry- Wil Teague, Sports Information Director, 11/5/25

Paragould, AR- Head Coach Carol Brotman strengthened the future of the Pioneer program by inking setter/defensive specialist Jade Guidry last Saturday, November 1st. 

Guidry joins the Pioneers from Rayne, Louisiana, where she attends Northside Christian. For the Northside Warriors, Guidry has proved to be an important part of the school's athletic program's successes as the newly inked Pioneer has accumulated a respectable list of accomplishments throughout her time at NCS. For the Warriors, Guidry is a three-sport athlete receiving honors with 1st team All-District three years running in Volleyball, 1st team All-District honors along with 2nd team All Parish in Basketball, and 1st team All-District recognition in Softball.

Outside of athletics, Guidry is heavily involved in academics and delegations, as she currently serves as Vice President of Beta Club, which she has been an active member of over the last four years, as well as actively serving as the President of Student Council, on which she has been a part of for the last two years. 

Coach Brotman commented, "Jade is going to be a great addition to our team. She brings a great work ethic, determination, and drive that will help us continue to improve as a team and program."
